About Elevess

Prior to the Elevess procedure, your specialist may decide to apply a topical anesthetic to numb the treatment area. However, because Elevess contains the anesthetic lidocaine, many patients say they experience no discomfort, even without a topical numbing agent. Each treatment site may need more than one injection in order to successfully fill the fold or depressions.

Elevess is an excellent filler for the treatment of fine to deep lines, folds, and wrinkles, and can be used to successfully treat nasolabial folds, those deep lines that reach from the nose to the corners of the mouth. It can also be used to fill certain types of scars and other depressions.

Elevess is derived from hyaluronic acid, which occurs naturally in the skin and other connective tissues. Hyaluronic acid traps moisture and other nutrients, filling depressions in the skin and maintaining that fullness by attracting moisture and “plumping up.”

After treatment with Elevess, you may notice some slight swelling, bruising, or redness, all of which resolve within a few hours to a week following the procedure. You will see initial results immediately following treatment with Elevess, and results will become more evident within a few weeks. Results will persist for six months to a year in most individuals.

The cost of your treatment with Elevess will be based on the extent of the treatment area, generally ranging from $500 to $700 per site.
