About Accusculpt

AccuSculpt is a revolutionary new tool from Lutronic. It is used for resculpting and defining the body by removing excess fatty deposits from problem areas. It combines traditional liposuction techniques with an extremely powerful laser that works on a wavelength of 1444 nanometers. This technology has been proven to very safe and effective, and many professionals and patients agree that AccuSculpt is a good alternative to traditional liposuction procedures.

There are several common problem areas where excess fatty deposits occur such as the abdomen, inner thighs, hips, and upper arms. Often the bulges that occur as a result of these fat deposits do not respond well to diet and exercise alone. AccuSculpt is designed to remove such unsightly problems and restore the body's natural contours. The AccuSculpt has surpassed rigorous standards imposed by the FDA and has been proven to be safe for removing such flaws and imperfections while restoring elasticity and tightness to skin.

The AccuSculpt procedure is performed using a small hand held device. A local anesthetic will be applied prior to the operation to numb the area that is being treated. Once the area has become numb, a doctor will use the AccuSculpt device to make a small incision and then liquify the excess fat cells using the laser. The liquified fat will then be suctioned from the body through the incision. The laser's wavelength and small diameter make it extremely effective and precise. This precision allows the laser to target the fat cells without doing damage to surrounding tissue such as nerves, skin, and blood vessels. The laser also works faster than both traditional liposuction as well as other types of laser assisted liposuction.

The AccuSculpt procedure is much safer and provides results in a more time effective manner than traditional liposuction. The side effects are limited and typically resolve themselves within days. These effects include redness, swelling, bruising, and minor pain. Patients are generally able to return to their normal daily activities just a few days after the procedure. The results provided by AccuSculpt look very natural. Bulges are removed, and the skin is contoured. After the procedure most patients appear more slender and have a smooth, sculpted profile.
