A large number of women are living survivors of breast cancer. They get themselves treated and are able to either live with the disease or eradicate. However, new studies suggest that the way that women experience breast cancer may change as they age so it's important to remain aware of what's going on with your body.
The main thing that the new research found is that women who are near the age of seventy tend to have a decreased tendency to be diagnosed with the spread of cancerous tumors. At the same time, the tumors are more likely to spread at this time. This means that these women are highly vulnerable to breast cancer complications resulting from the fact that they are getting older.
It is not known why this change occurs. However, it is believed that the aging female's body is less capable of providing an immune response to the cancer. Women who work to boost their immune systems may therefore find that they are less affected by this problem. All aging women with breast cancer should make sure to speak about this issue with their doctors and to keep an eye on new research developments in this area of wellness.
