Anti-Aging Books to Add to Your Reading List

You've probably landed on this blog because you are interested in reading information about anti-aging, health and wellness. This blog is a great place to start because we offer information on various aspects of these topics including news and advice related to menopause, andropause, hormone replacement therapy and colonic irrigation. However, we aren't the be all and end all resource for this type of information. In fact, one of the other things that we do here on the blog is provide you with resources for more in-depth information about these topics and other topics related to anti-aging.

In that vein, here are some books that you might want to consider reading if you're interested in the topic of anti-aging:

- The Official Anti-aging Revolution: Stop the Clock, Time is on Your Side for a Younger, Stronger, Happier You. This book gives you a combination of information including daily tips for increasing your longevity and quality of life today as well as news about the latest anti-aging advances being made in medicine today.

- The Green Pharmacy Anti-Aging Prescriptions: Herbs, Foods, and Natural Formulas to Keep You Young. Many people would prefer to try natural and organic anti-aging options before they forge ahead with other medicines. This book is a good starting point for learning about what other people are using.

- Stop The Clock! Cooking: Defy Aging--Eat The Foods You Love. One of the things that you can do to reduce the impact of aging is to eat a healthy anti-aging diet. This book gives you recipes to make that easier.

- The Anti-Aging Plan: The Nutrient-Rich, Low-Calorie Way of Eating for a Longer Life--The Only Diet Scientifically Proven to Extend Your Healthy Years. This is another anti-aging diet book but it provides more than just recipes; it offers an entire plan for eating right to prevent the effects of aging.

These are just a few of the anti-aging books popular on the market today. Educate yourself on these topics in order to improve your appearance and overall health.

Question of the Day: What other anti-aging books can you recommend to readers?
